Your workspace is the private GitHub repository you use all quarter. You get it in the lesson Get your workspace. Then finish the four items below by Sunday. The README in your repository walks you through each one.

Before writing your introduction, follow Markdown Tutorial and add the separate assignment's Markdown practice section to your README. The Markdown Tutorial has its own Canvas submission. If you already wrote the introduction, keep it and check its preview. You can work on README Steps 4 and 5 while Student Developer Pack approval or CodePen setup is pending; access to your private GitHub repository is still needed.

What to finish by Sunday

Your first edit. In your README's My toolkit list, replace [Add your profile URL] with the address of your GitHub profile. README Step 2 shows how.
Your starting mark. In week-0/where-i-am-starting.md, tick one box under each heading. README Step 4 shows how.
Your introduction. In week-0/introduction.md, write a few sentences under each of the four headings. README Step 5 shows how.
A clean README. Follow the cleanup step in your own README to delete its setup instructions. Keep the new ## Markdown practice section below the setup block. An older cleanup guide may list nine sections; your practice section is an additional section.

Submit in Canvas

Open your repository on GitHub.
Copy the address from your browser's address bar. It begins github.com/code-and-design-teaching/desn368-f26-workspace- and ends with your GitHub username.
After the four items above are ready, paste it into WORKSHOP: Your workspace in Canvas and submit. Check Canvas for its submission status and due date.

Only you and the instructor can open your repository.
